We have been a family owned and operated Underground Utility Company since 1986. Joe Windsor started pushing dirt in the Valley in the late 1960’s after serving in the U.S. Navy. After many years as a Partner in Circle W Contracting he decided to branch off and form Windsor Underground, the company we are today. Since then, we have enjoyed the tremendous growth that the Phoenix Metro area has undertaken and boy has it grown! For much of the last two decades we have had the great opportunity to provide early construction power and utility trenching to as many as 1,700 homes per year.

To this day we are still proud to be a family owned and operated business. In 2013, Ryan and Nicole Windsor took the reins and helped the business branch into additional services and small government projects.
